Thank you for visiting and shopping at NOON ALL DAY. The following terms constitute our Shipping Policy.
Regulatory Compliance
NOON ALL DAY products are food supplements. Our Shopify store is configured to accept orders only from jurisdictions where NOON ALL DAY has received the required regulatory approval or is otherwise permitted to sell.
Orders from unsupported regions cannot be placed. If your shipping address is outside a supported region, checkout may be unavailable.
Register-Based Seasonal Dispatch
NOON ALL DAY operates through a Register-based seasonal allocation model.
This means that registered clients receive seasonal allocations according to fixed dispatch dates. The Register is not an always-on rolling subscription. Orders are produced, allocated, billed, and dispatched according to the NOON ALL DAY seasonal calendar.
Registered clients receive priority allocation before any remaining inventory is made available for one-time purchases.
Register Orders
When a customer joins the Register during an open Register window, including a waitlist priority access window, payment is captured immediately for the upcoming seasonal allocation.
This payment secures the customer’s place in the relevant seasonal allocation.
Future seasonal allocations are billed according to the seasonal billing schedule unless the customer cancels before the next applicable billing date.
Waitlist Priority Access
Waitlist clients may receive access to the Register before it opens publicly.
Where offered, waitlist priority access opens 48 hours before the public Register opening. During this period, waitlist clients may join the Register and complete checkout, subject to remaining capacity.
A place on the waitlist does not guarantee allocation. Allocation is secured only once Register checkout has been completed and payment has been successfully made.
Seasonal Dispatch Dates
NOON ALL DAY dispatches registered seasonal allocations on fixed seasonal dispatch dates.
Estimated seasonal dispatch dates are:
Spring allocation: February 25
Summer allocation: May 25
Autumn allocation: August 25
Winter allocation: November 25
These dates are intended to align product delivery with the upcoming season.
Dispatch dates may change due to production delays, stock availability, regulatory requirements, weather conditions, courier disruptions, customs delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Annual Register Orders
Where a customer purchases an Annual Register offer, the customer prepays for four seasonal NOON ALL DAY allocations.
Annual Register allocations are dispatched according to the same fixed seasonal dispatch schedule:
Spring: February 25
Summer: May 25
Autumn: August 25
Winter: November 25
Prepayment does not mean that all seasonal allocations are shipped at once. Each allocation is dispatched according to the relevant seasonal dispatch date.
Chiaroscuro Orders
Where Chiaroscuro is purchased as part of an Annual Register offer, it may be dispatched separately from seasonal NOON ALL DAY allocations.
Chiaroscuro dispatch timing will depend on availability, production schedule and shipping destination.
If Chiaroscuro and a seasonal NOON ALL DAY allocation are purchased together, they may be shipped together or separately at NOON ALL DAY’s discretion.
One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases operate separately from the Register.
One-time purchases are available only if inventory remains after registered client allocations have been secured.
One-time purchase availability is not guaranteed. If available, one-time purchase orders are generally processed for shipment shortly after purchase, subject to stock availability, operational capacity, and courier availability.
Inventory Priority
Inventory is allocated in the following order:
- Registered clients with secured seasonal allocations
- Waitlist clients entering during the 48-hour priority access window
- Public Register applicants during the public Register opening
- One-time purchasers, if remaining inventory is available
NOON ALL DAY may limit, close, or pause availability at any time in order to protect registered client allocations.
Processing Time
Orders are processed according to the seasonal production and allocation schedule.
For registered seasonal allocations, processing occurs ahead of the fixed seasonal dispatch date.
For one-time purchases, processing times may vary depending on stock availability, order volume, fulfilment capacity, and courier availability.
Processing may be delayed due to production schedules, high order volumes, quality control, regulatory requirements, weather conditions, courier disruptions, customs delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Courier and Letterbox Delivery
All shipments are dispatched via courier or approved delivery service.
For small shipments that meet applicable letterbox standards, delivery may be attempted directly through your letterbox. If the package does not fit, the courier may deliver it to your door, leave it with a neighbour, or place it at a designated pick-up point according to the courier’s procedures.
NOON ALL DAY is not responsible for packages misplaced, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.
Estimated delivery times are subject to seasonal dispatch schedules, destination, courier availability, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur. Dispatch confirmation does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or Special Addresses
NOON ALL DAY ships to standard residential and business addresses in supported regions.
Shipments to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, parcel lockers, hotels, temporary accommodation, freight forwarders, or other special delivery addresses should be verified with client services before purchase.
NOON ALL DAY may be unable to ship to certain address types.
Register Management and Cancellation
Registered clients may cancel future seasonal participation before the next applicable seasonal billing date.
Cancellation stops future billing and removes the customer from future seasonal allocations. Cancellation does not affect allocations that have already been paid for, processed, dispatched, or fulfilled.
NOON ALL DAY does not apply retroactive repricing, penalties, or conditional billing adjustments for cancelled Register participation.
Paused participation is not guaranteed unless expressly offered by NOON ALL DAY. Where pause functionality is unavailable, customers who no longer wish to receive future seasonal allocations should cancel before the next applicable billing date.
Cancelled clients may rejoin only during a future Register opening, subject to availability. They may also join the waitlist for future priority access where available.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
The confirmation email will contain your tracking number or tracking link where available. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
Taxes and Duties
Applicable taxes are calculated and applied automatically at checkout for supported regions where required.
Depending on your shipping destination, additional duties, customs charges, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges may apply. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.
NOON ALL DAY is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local import procedures.
Damages and Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact NOON ALL DAY customer support promptly and retain all packaging materials and damaged goods.
We may require photographs of the package, product, shipping label, and damaged contents in order to assess the issue or support a carrier claim.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact customer support so that we can investigate with the courier.
NOON ALL DAY is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the courier but subsequently lost, misplaced, stolen, or collected by an unauthorised person at the delivery address.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
NOON ALL DAY is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information, failed delivery, refusal, or non-collection, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Sustainability Commitment
Our Register-based seasonal dispatch schedule is designed to support planned production, reduce unnecessary overproduction, and limit avoidable packaging and shipping impact.
By aligning allocations to the seasonal calendar, NOON ALL DAY aims to support a more considered and sustainable approach to product delivery.
Changes to This Policy
NOON ALL DAY reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time.
Changes will be reflected on this page and will apply from the date they are published.
