This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and product issues are handled for purchases made through noonallday.com.

RETURN WINDOW

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, unless a legal exception applies.

To request a return, you must contact us or submit a return request within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be sent back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after you notify us that you wish to return your order.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Returned with all original packaging, labels, accessories, documentation, and protective materials where applicable; and

In a condition suitable for inspection and resale, unless the item is faulty or non-conforming.

We may decline a return or reduce the refund if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

FOOD SUPPLEMENTS

Food supplements may be returned only if they are unopened, unused, and with all seals, safety closures, and protective packaging intact.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of food supplements once they have been opened, unsealed, used, tampered with, or otherwise made unsuitable for return, unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming.

You must inspect your order upon delivery. If a supplement arrives damaged, incorrect, faulty, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the issue.

DESIGN OBJECTS

Design objects may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, complete, and returned in their original packaging with all protective materials intact.

Design objects must be packed appropriately for return. If an item is returned damaged because it was inadequately repacked, we may decline the return or reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

HANDMADE-TO-ORDER DESIGN OBJECTS

Certain NOON ALL DAY design objects, including Chiaroscuro, may be handmade to order.

Although made-to-order or personalised goods may in some cases be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, NOON ALL DAY voluntarily accepts eligible returns of handmade-to-order design objects within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, complete, and returned in its original packaging.

This voluntary return right does not apply to items that have been personalised, customised to the customer’s specifications, altered after delivery, used, damaged, or returned incomplete, unless the item is faulty or non-conforming.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns of:

Food supplements that have been opened, unsealed, used, tampered with, or had their safety seal broken;

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, improper storage, or inadequate return packaging;

Items that are personalised or customised to the customer’s specifications, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise or the item is faulty or non-conforming;

Gift cards;

Items marked as final sale, where permitted by applicable law; or

Any item that cannot be returned for health protection, hygiene, safety, or legal reasons.

This section does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

RETURN SHIPPING

Eligible returns are complimentary unless stated otherwise at checkout or in the return instructions.

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, NOON ALL DAY will arrange the appropriate return, replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

100% REFUND

For eligible returns approved after inspection, NOON ALL DAY will provide a 100% refund of the price paid for the returned item.

Where required by applicable law, we will also refund the standard delivery cost of the original order. Additional costs for premium, express, or upgraded delivery methods are not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount, unless required by law.

A 100% refund applies only to items returned in accordance with this policy. We may decline a return or reduce the refund where an item is returned used, damaged, opened, unsealed, incomplete, altered, missing original packaging or protective materials, or handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider.

EXCHANGES

We may offer exchanges where stock is available. If an exchange is not available, we may offer a refund or another remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

For limited, seasonal, handmade, or made-to-order items, replacements may not be available.

FAULTY, DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR NON-CONFORMING ITEMS

You must inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and any visible issue.

Where a claim is accepted, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

LEGAL GUARANTEE

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Consumers in the European Union are entitled to a legal guarantee for goods that are faulty, defective, or not in conformity with the contract. This legal guarantee applies separately from our voluntary return policy and cannot be excluded or reduced by this policy.

PRODUCT VARIATION

Some NOON ALL DAY design objects are made by hand or produced in small batches. Minor variations in finish, tone, texture, form, or surface character may occur. These variations are not considered defects unless the item is materially different from its description or not fit for its intended purpose.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, please contact us through the return process on our website or email us with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

RETURN CONDITION AND PACKAGING

Returned items must be packed securely and appropriately. For design objects, the original protective packaging should be used wherever possible. The item must be protected against movement, pressure, moisture, and impact during transit.

We are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate return packaging.
